Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
The Chefs’ Warehouse, Inc.
(NASDAQ:CHEF) (the “Company”) today announced its preliminary outlook for fiscal year 2023.
Based on current trends in the business, the Company
is providing the following financial guidance for fiscal year 2023:
- Net sales to be in the range of $2.85 billion to $2.95 billion;
- Gross profit to be in the range of $684 million to $708 million; and
- Adjusted EBITDA(1) to be in the range of $180 million to $190
million.
