Explanation of Responses:
( 1)  The options vested in four equal installments on February 25, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.
( 2)  The options were scheduled to vest in four equal installments on March 12, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. All outstanding unvested options became vested on May 29, 2013 in accordance with the Company's merger agreement.
( 3)  The options were scheduled to vest in four equal installments on March 29, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015. All outstanding unvested options became vested on May 29, 2013 in accordance with the Company's merger agreement.
( 4)  The options were scheduled to vest in four equal installments on March 7, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. All outstanding unvested options became vested on May 29, 2013 in accordance with the Company's merger agreement.
( 5)  The options were scheduled to vest in four equal installments on March 8, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. All outstanding unvested options became vested on May 29, 2013 in accordance with the Company's merger agreement.
