nominal value halved and ISIN code changed
Further to the adoption of the
twelfth resolution at the Extraordinary General Meeting on April 9,
2018, the nominal value of the Thermador Groupe share will be
halved on May 9, 2018.
The 4,554,876 existing shares
whose nominal value is €8 per share will therefore be replaced by
9,109,752 new shares with a nominal value of €4.
The value of the company's capital
remains unchanged at €36,439,008.
For this operation, Thermador
Groupe's ISIN code will change to FR0013333432 (the current ISIN
code is FR0000061111).
