La société Thermador Groupe est entrée en négociation exclusive avec FG Partner pour l'acquisition de la totalité des actions de la société FG INOX basée à Brignais (69) et Corbas (69). La société FG INOX vend aux grossistes spécialisés et à l'industrie une large gamme de raccords, brides, vannes et accessoires en acier inoxydable qui complèterait parfaitement les gammes de robinetterie déjà commercialisées par trois des filiales de Thermador Groupe ; Sferaco, Sectoriel et Thermador International.
FG INOX a réalisé en 2016 un chiffre d'affaires de 14,6M€. L'EBITDA a été établi à 2,08M€ et le résultat net à 1,34M€. Sa dette nette au 31 décembre 2016 s'élevait à 0,3M€.
