GTT: Termination and implementation of a liquidity contract

As of 2 January 2019, and for a period of one year automatically renewable, GTT requested Rothschild Martin Maurel to implement a liquidity contract in with the provisions of the legal framework in force, and in particular the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 and in particular its articles 5 and 13, the provisions of articles L. 225-209 and following of the Commercial Code, and the AMF decision of March 21, 2011.

For the implementation of this contract, the following resources have been allocated to the liquidity account:

  • 5,325 GTT shares
  • €2,552,810

As of 31 December 2018, the liquidity contract entrusted by the Company GTT to Exane BNP Paribas was terminated.
To date, the following resources were in the liquidity account:

  • 5,325 GTT shares
  • €1,299,051

It is recalled that at the last biannual report (June 30, 2018), the following resources were in the liquidity account:

  • 8,424 GTT shares
  • €1,097,799
