Publishes its 2015 Dutch Annual Financial Report
AMSTERDAM, September 27, 2016,

annual financial report, which, strictly in line with its
previously filed 2015 Annual Report on Form 20-F, includes audited
annual statutory financial statements as of and for the year ended
December 31, 2015. The Dutch annual financial report, required by
Dutch law, was filed with the Dutch Authority for the Financial
Markets (Autoriteit Financiële Markten) and on a Form 6-K with the
U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on that same date.
