Carrefour Directors Propose to Extend Mandates of CEO, Board Members

Carrefour SA (CA.FR) said Wednesday that its board of directors
will propose to renew the mandate of the company's Chief Executive
Alexandre Bompard as well as the mandates of four other board
members.
The French retailer said its board will propose to renew the
mandates of board members Patricia Lemoine, Mathilde Lemoine,
Philippe Houze and Nicolas Bazire at the general meeting of
shareholders on June 15.
In addition, the board has decided to nominate four new
independent directors to replace those whose mandates expire on
June 15, 2018, as well as Anne-Claire Taittinger, who decided to
terminate her mandate.
