RentGuarantor (AQSE: RGG), a

is today posting to shareholders its Annual Report and Financial
Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023, Notice of Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at the offices of Druces LLP,
Salisbury House, London Wall, London, EC2M 5PS on Thursday 11 July
2024 at 10.00 a.m. and Form of Proxy.
A copy of the Notice of AGM, Form of
