Scatec Solar ASA: Exercise of employee share options

Oslo, February 6, 2018: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated February 5, 2018 regarding exercise of employee share options.

Upon option exercise, all primary insiders have at minimum utilized the after-tax gain from the option program to buy new shares. This implies that some shares are sold to fund the tax on the options gain before the net gain is utilized to purchase new shares. The payment per share has been determined based on a volume weighted average share price of NOK 43.5716.
