Pantheon International Participations PLC

The Company has today been informed by Miss Judith Portrait and Mr John Frank
Rosenheim that, as a result of joint purchases made on 9 July 2003, their total
holding has now risen to over 3% of the Ordinary 67p shares in issue.

Miss Judith Portrait now has an interest in 879,485 Ordinary 67p shares of the
Company, representing 4.07% of the issued class of capital, and Mr John Frank
Rosenheim is interested in 796,235 Ordinary 67p shares, representing 3.69% of
the issued class of capital.
