Capital Ltd. (NYSE American: ELLO) (TASE:
ELLO) ("Ellomay" or the "Company"), a
renewable energy and power generator and developer of renewable
energy and power projects in Europe and Israel, today announced the filing
of its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2019 with the Securities and
Exchange Commission.
A copy of the Annual Report on Form 20-F is available to be
viewed and downloaded from the Investor Relations section of the
Company's website at http://www.ellomay.com. The Company will
provide a hard copy of the Annual Report on Form 20-F, including
the Company's complete audited financial statements, free of charge
to its shareholders upon request.
The financial statements included in the Annual Report on Form
20-F include a reclassification of non-current assets in the amount
of approximately €12.2 million. This amount was included in the
fixed assets in the unaudited financial results published by the
Company on March 31, 2020 and is
included in long-term receivables in the financial statements
included in the Annual Report on Form 20-F. The aggregate
non-current assets included in the financial results published by
the Company on March 31, 2020 has not
changed.

involved in a project to construct a 156 MW pumped storage hydro
