Happy to share, 2.59 m will credit into BoA on the 19th and balance money will sit with HSBC in escrow ….
There is one certification that remitter has to give - that origination of original investment was from valid sources and that amount never was above 9.99% of the fund / account (UBO Self Assertion) that invested into the the asset which is now being sought for repatriation.

It’s a simple certification and we will complete this tomorrow.

There are investors who have committed their life savings, taken out loans, and even lost friends and family because they continue to believe in your vision. There are those who could no longer pay their medical bills because all their money is tied in this.

The most important priority is to first reward those who have believed in you—shareholders, investors, and employees. Your reward should come at the very end.

As a professional, you are undoubtedly aware that this is how it should work.

Some people from the SIAF/HERB board invested in ITUP when I invested in ITUP. Before I was working for the company. Perhaps 6 people.

Some more people invested in ITUP / IREEM / MyCow BECAUSE I was working for the company. I didn't even know about it in most cases. But I do have a number of "followers" from the past.

A few more I asked later to invest in Mycow. Only friends from the past who had missed out. When the company needed the money. Because the shares were still exceptionally cheap at $0.05 a piece. I found only one who invested. And I gave him quite a lot of free shares on top.

There was one guy later who really regretted missing out, and he was unlucky. So we still brought him on board. And another guy who didn't have any money. So the company gave him some free shares.

All those people will probably become millionaires. Thanks to our help. So STOP CRITICIZING us. FFS.
And we gave more free shares away to friends of mine. 6-18 months ago.

This is just one example.

And you won't find many examples.

Emilez is a friend. We go back 10 years. Another SIAF shareholder who missed out with ITUP/Mycow. Me giving him some advice is absolutely normal.

All I was saying is, when he makes a lot of money on HERB (And he will, because I will give it a substantial boost myself) then he can probably still make good money on cheap SWIM shares. Like now, with gold at $9 which is too cheap. Or aviation. Or simply invest in Palm or Coconut.

Ok, so you don't have a problem with all those fake investment advisors working for commission and touting massively overvalued stocks for personal gain. But you do have a problem with me giving a friend a valuable tip? You are crazy. Overreacting. And wrong.

As a company and as a company member, if we are in need of money, we will request, circulate and seek support...
And we do not force anyone to invest or not invest and we keep enough material disclosures of the associated risks...
It is upto the investor whether existing or new ones for that matter to take that call or not...

Let this hub be a discussion for healthy check points but not turn ugly and none can demand us to do things in a certain way...

It is peculiar that you are opposing shareholders, requesting them to contribute additional funds, yet expecting them to remain silent when inquiring about status scheduled incoming funds.

Where did I ask anyone to contribute (additional) funds ? See, this is where your assumptions are wrong. I even told one or two people in the past not to invest. But Laxmi is annoyed when I do that. Still, I do it if the circumstances ask for it.

You criticized me too in the past, when I told a shareholder (from Russia) to take on a loan so he could buy more vertical shares. The reason was simple. He could get them for $0.01 and I'm pretty sure he would later regret not buying them. As they are worth $9 now or even $27. Or somewhere in between. Get it yet? I was looking out for his best interests, that was all. And it is a damn shame... that he was unable to buy more shares. So I did the right thing.

And I'm not emotional about Nigeria, Laxmi. I just don't like it when someone criticizes everything (I do). Especially when they are wrong all the time.

Being a CPA and CA, myself, with 40 years of management experience, without contingency planning we never move an inch LVerstee...
For everything, we make plan A, Plan B, Plan c and Plan D...

It is the other way round Lverstee...
We have been quite entrepreneurial ...
We never sought money from any outsider (not a single new investor) ...
Our time was our immeasurable investment more than what we took support from shareholders as cash...
In the millions of dollars of valuation that this company is expected to visualize, our time and sweat than cash has taken 90% ...
Our effort and confidence is so deep that we refused getting undersold and showed door to those who looked too commercial for us...
Today, Our reward is our earned ownership into this group that we are sure, will be establishing legacies for generations to live upon...
And that success is our ownership...

13 months we have not paid ourselves (I am writing this as the founder)
Still, we are all together
our health is at its brink but we are keeping our mother cow live...
Every shareholder....every staff member is supporting
One is suffering brain cancer, one is a severe heart patient ...
one is spending his life in war zone but keeps sending even the smallest support that he could always
one is high on sugar but dedicates his life 24 x7 for the company...
one is waiting for marriage....one is waiting to pay college fee.... one has become transient...
To example, our suffering is countless...
But none of the projects got compromised.... None...
Despite that we are brutally holding our stomachs, the project progess is so filled with,
we are supported by couple (not one) of Banking Groups...
We have set the trading platform that will qualify our verticals into reporting companies in no time...
....
We suffered heavily on cash flows but we refused getting undersold....
Every dollar that passed through our account has a measurable progress into 9 verticals....
Every dollar is worth a multiple today...
And we are just waiting for that initial trickle to fall into our accounts (which is not somoene's investment but our hard earned money)
So mother will start running and we help her plough the fields (Opportunities)...

Nothing of what RD is writing or I am writing is Defensive LVerstee but our emotion...
The kind of dedication that RD put on Nigeria is so commendable ...I should write, nothing else he breathes...
And every neuron of his brain works only on the project...
Once these projects begun, It helps millions of people across ....for decades /if not centuries.....
as every drop of our blood and hard work is involved into this contribution...

We obviously turn emotional.....Because we survive on the success of these ....
I will not hesitate to write, if this company turns into the top 10 list on market capitalization, in the next few years,
at least 20% of that will come from Nigeria...

Because you seem to question (and ridicule) everything.

The reason why I posted it is because people are dying of cancer. People are dying of old age. And we have a whole bunch of employees that are suffering due to lack of funding. I want to create an awareness. That what we do really really matters. Look no further if you are looking for a purpose in life. Because this is it. As we are feeding millions of people in Africa. And every shareholder is helping. Every shareholder who invested in MyCow is helping, making it a reality.

Why so defensive all the time? I was only wondering if your post had anything to do with possibly positive news on 12th or coming 15th. That's all.

Verstee, it is not about funds for 2024. We are planning 7 different projects whereas we only have 3 for now. We are planning 10x as many hectares the next 5 years. We will have 3 huge RAS farms in Nigeria. And we can do RAS shrimp and crabs too. When you add it all up it is truly enormous. It won't just affect Nigeria but the whole of Africa.

I do not feel I have to justify every post I make, to you. But let me tell you. I have seen a number of articles where politicians and investors around the world are touting big investments in Nigeria and the result is always the same - Nothing. They are perfectly willing to hype it for their own benefit or for political reasons but when push comes to shove they all lack the funds and the will to invest. Not us though. We will do this. We will have the funds and we certainly have the will. Even though we don't have the media attention, yet.
