On December 14, 2023, Phuong Khanh Morrow, M.D., FACP resigned as Chief Medical Officer of CRISPR Therapeutics AG (the “Company”) to be effective as of January 26, 2024. Dr. Morrow’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company.
