Kimberly-Clark Corp. named Russ Torres, president of Kimberly-Clark Professional, as group president of Kimberly-Clark North America.

In his new role, Mr. Torres will lead Kimberly-Clark's North American consumer business, with brands including Huggies, Kleenex, Cottonelle and Depend.

Mr. Torres will succeed Kim Underhill who is leaving after 33 years with the company.

The company said it will name a successor to Mr. Torres at Kimberly-Clark Professional in the near future.

Mr. Torres joined Kimberly-Clark in 2020 and has held senior leadership roles at Bain & Co., Mondelez International/Kraft Foods, and Newell Brands.

Ms. Underhill began her career in 1988 as a process engineer and led several of the company's businesses, including the U.K., Western Europe, Kimberly-Clark Professional and the North American consumer business, the company said.
