At Mason Pointe, KB Home will construct 67 one- and two-story
homes on half-acre and larger homesites and offer nine distinct
floor plans. With up to six bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths and
ranging in size from approximately 1,400 to 3,100 square feet, the
KB homes at Mason Pointe also feature desirable design
characteristics like open floor plans, elegant master suites and
front porches. Pricing begins in the low-$200,000s.
Residents at Mason Pointe can enjoy the community’s tranquil
setting and proximity to a variety of outdoor recreational
activities at Raven Rock State Park, Fleming Loop Recreational Park

utility costs, depending on floor plan.
