Titan Medical Announces Director Resignation

Titan Medical Inc. (“Titan” or the “Company”)
(TSX:TMD) (OTCQB:TITXF), a medical device company focused on the
design, development and commercialization of a robotic surgical
system for application in minimally invasive surgery (“MIS”), today
announced that Martin Bernholtz has resigned from his positions as
director and Chairman of the Company.
Martin Bernholtz was the longest serving member
of Titan’s board of directors, having joined in 2008. The Company
thanks him for his past service and wishes him all the best in the
future. Director John E. Barker will assume the position of
chairman of the Company on an interim basis, effective
immediately.
