The company also had the lowest number of cancellations in the month, 2.2% of expected operations compared to a market average of 3.2%. TAM also had the best monthly punctuality average in the period January- October -- 85.8%. Its cancellation percentage was also the lowest in the period, averaging 1.8%. The market average was 2.7%.
