TAM Announces Officer Changes

SAO PAULO, Brazil, Nov. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TAM (Bovespa:
TAMM4 and NYSE: TAM), in compliance with the provisions in article
12 of Comissao de Valores Mobiliarios ("CVM") Rule 358/02, informs
its shareholders and the market in general that Marco Antonio
Bologna resigned from Company's CEO position on November 28, to
join TAM Empreendimentos e Participacoes S.A. ("TEP")'s holdings, a
company belonging to the Company's controlling bloc, as special
advisor. Captain David Barioni Neto, former Vice-President of
Operations, has been appointed new CEO. Captain Fernando Sporleder

changes were approved today by the Board within the succession
process initiated March this year by TAM. About TAM: TAM
