June 2024 - The Company has received
notification from the Share Incentive Plan ('SIP') Trustee (Link
Market Services Trustees Limited) that on 3 June 2024, the
following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities (PDMR) became beneficially interested in the
number of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') under the Zotefoams Share Incentive Plan detailed below.
The shares were purchased at a price of £5.7692 per
share.
The table sets out the number of
dividend shares purchased.
