of the UTV Employee Benefit Trust, has made the following purchase: 
 
23,000 - 5 pence ordinary shares in the Company at 197.85p on the 24th October 
2014. 
 
Following this purchase, Appleby Trust (Jersey) Limited holds 23,000 shares in 
the Company representing 0.024% of the issued share capital.
