                         White Young Green Plc ("WYG")

Following the acquisition of Nolan Ryan Partnership announced on 29 June 2006,
additional consideration of Euro4,000,000 (#2,735,416.81) is payable by WYG, being
Euro1,600,000 (#1,094,166.72) in cash and Euro2,400,000 (#1,641,250.09) being
satisfied by the issue of 350,693 ordinary shares of 5p each.

Application has been made for the above shares in WYG to be admitted to the
Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary
Shares.
