                  Testing Completed for NSF Certified Products

The directors of Virotec International Ltd (AIM: VTI) are pleased to advise 
that the Company has now completed independent laboratory trials and field tests
for its newly developed products, known as Radium Proactive(TM)and Arsenic 
Proactive(TM).

The products have been certified by the National Sanitation Foundation ("NSF")
in the USA as being able to be used in the treatment of drinking water and have
been under development for several years. The main features of the products
include:-

1. Radium Proactive(TM):

  * Able to reduce the level of radioactive radium in water from over five
    times above the allowable limit to ten times below this limit;
  * The spent product passes leachate tests; and
  * There are many wells (over 1,000) in the Southern states of the USA
    that are contaminated high concentrations of naturally occurring radium
    contamination.

2. Arsenic Proactive(TM):

  * Able to reduce the concentration of arsenic in drinking water to meet
    the new standards introduced in the USA;
  * Large markets in the USA and Asia - e.g. it is estimated that approx
    40% of the wells west of the Mississippi River are over the allowable limit 
    for arsenic; and
  * Currently development work is underway on a new system that will apply
    the product as a closed system able to treat large volumes of water.
