The Wilson Connolly Employee Benefit Trust Limited

Taylor Woodrow plc ("the company") has been notified that on 17 March 2006, The
Wilson Connolly Employee Benefit Trust Limited ("EBT") purchased 115,951
ordinary shares of 25p each in the company ("shares") at an average price per
share of 428 pence.


The said shares were purchased to meet the future maturing options under the 
Taylor Woodrow Savings-Related Share Option Schemes and Executive Share Option 
Plans.


Following the purchase, the EBT holds 118,648 shares.


Each of the executive directors of the company is a potential beneficiary under
the EBT and therefore, in accordance with section 329 Companies Act 1985, is
regarded as having a notional interest in the EBT holding of 118,648 shares.
