      Taylor Woodrow plc 2006 Annual General Meeting and 2005 final dividend


Taylor Woodrow plc's 2006 Annual General Meeting will be held at 2 pm on
Wednesday 3 May 2006 at the Renewal Conference Centre, Lode Lane, Solihull, West
Midlands, B91 2JR.

Subject to approval at the AGM, the 2005 final dividend will be paid on Monday 3
July 2006 to shareholders whose names appear on the register of members at the
close of business on Friday 2 June 2006.

The company offers a Dividend Re-Investment Plan, which provides shareholders
with a facility to use their cash dividends to purchase Taylor Woodrow plc
shares in the market . Details will be contained in the 2006 AGM circular, which
will be posted to ordinary shareholders with the 2005 Annual Report and
Accounts, on Tuesday 28 March 2006.

Copies of the 2005 Annual Report and Accounts and the 2006 AGM circular will
also be available from that date on the Company's website taylorwoodrow.com and
from the registered office at 2 Princes Way, Solihull, West Midlands, B91 3ES.

The latest date for receipt of Dividend Re-Investment Plan mandate forms for the
2005 final dividend is Friday 2 June 2006. The latest date for receipt of
notices of withdrawal from the Plan for the 2005 final dividend is Friday 16
June 2006.
