Purchase of 313 shares as the third quarterly purchase of shares under the

company's Section 423 Plan for its US employees.

Under the Plan, employees save a fixed amount each month, which is used to

purchase shares of Taylor Woodrow plc on a quarterly basis at 15% below

the lower of the middle market price on (a) the day preceding the first offer

of the annual Plan (31 March 2005) and (b) the quarter end date (31 December
2005).

The shares are held by the Plan administrator until called for by the
participant.
