The Board of Twenty,  an investment vehicle focusing on the marketing services
sector, has today been informed of an internal share transaction between two
companies ultimately owned by Investec Trust (Guernsey) Limited as trustees of
the Tchenguiz Family Trust.



The transaction results in Wheedon Limited disposing of its entire shareholding,
to Gallastico Limited.



Gallastico Limited, is now the beneficial holder of 6,250,000 ordinary shares of
10p each, representing 12.95 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Wheedon Limited no longer maintains a notifiable interest in the share capital
of the Company.
