Total Systems plc (Total) announces that it has applied to the London Stock
Exchange for the block listing of 132,011 ordinary shares with nominal value of
5p each. The application is being made to cover the future exercise of share
options under Total's Employee Share Option Scheme. There are currently 331
shares still covered under the previous block listing application.
