Notification has been received today that Vidacos Nominees Limited sold 390,000
Ordinary 5p shares in Total Systems plc on 22 July 1997. This has reduced their
total holding to zero. Vidacos Nominees Limited held these shares on behalf of
the CTCL Perptetual UK Smaller Companies Fund.
