ISSUE OF FURTHER EQUITY


The Board is pleased to announce that a further 674,507 Ordinary Shares have
been issued on 13 February 2001 under the terms of the Company's Offer for
Subscription.


These shares have been admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for
these shares to be admitted to trading on its market for listed securities.


The Board is pleased to announce that the Company's Offer for Subscription has
been extended to 5.00pm on 11 April 2001.
