Further to a letter received by the company dated 28 April 2004, as a result of
a purchase of 787,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company ("shares"),
TriVest VCT plc is interested in 787,000 shares or 3.69 per cent of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.


These shares are registered in the name of TriVest VCT plc, which is the
beneficial owner of the shares.
