Tarsus Group plc ("Tarsus" or the "Company") announces that it was informed on 19 June 2014 that on 19 June 2014 the independent trustee of the Ogier Employee Benefit Trust Limited transferred the beneficial interest in a total of 342,201 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares") to directors/ persons discharging managerial responsibilities in respect of vesting of awards under the LTIP, pursuant to awards made in 2011 as follows:
