Tarsus Group plc ("Tarsus" or the "Company") received notification on 29 April 2013 from Paul Keenan (Non Executive Director) that due to a change in his SIPP provider on 26 April 2013 he sold 16,400 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") at GBP2.32 each and repurchased on the same day 16,400 Shares at GBP2.33 each. His total beneficial interest in Shares therefore remains unaltered at 16,400 Shares.
