Tarsus Group plc (the "Company") has today received notification from Daniel O'Brien that on 28 November 2011 he acquired 8,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") in the Company at a price of GBP1.349 each.

Following the purchase Daniel O'Brien now has a beneficial interest in 8,000 Shares, equivalent to 0.009% of the total voting rights of the Company.
