Directorate Change 
Following the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting of 28 August 2009, at 
which Shareholders approved its conversion to a UK investment trust, the Company 
announces the resignations from the Board of Mr Chris Sherwell and Mr Ian 
Morris, both of whom are Guernsey resident, with effect from 31 August 2009.The 
Board would like to express its thanks for their valuable contributions to the 
affairs of the Company during their time as Directors. 
The Company also announces with great pleasure the appointment of Mr Saad Zein 
to the Board as a UK resident Director, subject to no objection from the 
Guernsey Financial Services Commission. 
Saad is a Senior Managing Director of Aladdin Capital Management UK LLP. Prior 
to joining Aladdin Capital in London Saad's career has been spent as an 
investment banker with particular focus on credit markets and structured 
products, including US traded life interests.    Saad was employed by Dresdner 
Kleinwort Wasserstein between 1999 and 2009, where he held a number of senior 
positions, including Managing Director of Structured Credit Products in London, 
and Head of the Structured Credit Derivatives and Debt Principal Finance groups 
in New York. 
There are no other details requiring disclosure in respect of this appointment 
under paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the FSA. 
As announced in the Circular to Shareholders dated 27 July 2009, the Company's 
UK tax accounting period commences on 1 September 2009 and, in order to align 
the Company's financial accounting period with the UK tax accounting period, for 
the current year there will be a 14 month financial accounting period ended 31 
August 2009, to be followed by a 10 month financial accounting period ending 30 
June 2010.
