The Board of  the Company is  pleased to announce  that both  Special 
Resolution 1  (to  approve the  Life  of the  Company  Proposal)  and 
Special Resolution 2  (to approve the  Investment Trust Proposal  and 
the New Articles Proposal) put  to Shareholders at the  Extraordinary 
General Meeting of the Company held at 11.30 a.m. on 28 August  2009, 
were duly passed as follows:
