    TDG PLC (the "Company") announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the
blocklisting of 1,500,000 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each (the "shares") in the Company. It is expected that the blocklisting will become
effective on 16 September 2008. 

    The shares will be issued in connection with TDG PLC SAYE Share Option Scheme 2000 and the TDG PLC Long Term Incentive Plan. When
issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
