                                 AGM STATEMENT





At the Annual General Meeting held in London today all of the resolutions, as
set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 11 May 2005, were approved by
shareholders and Chairman Robert Breare made the following statement:



"Since our preliminary results, we have opened a 'Best in Show' store in Los
Angeles and we are delighted with the initial reaction from customers.  Trading
since the year-end is in line with our expectations.  The results for the full
year will, as always, be dependent on trading in the second half of the
financial year.  The Board remains confident of a successful outcome for the
year."
