The Company received notification today that, following the purchase of 30,000
ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") by Chelverton UK Equity
Income Fund, Chelverton Asset Management Limited now have total Shares under
management equating to approximately 5.63% of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.
