DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company has received notification that Bernard Burns, Chief Executive
Officer, purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares")
at 53.25p per Share on 27 September 2006 and that Peter Williams, Finance
Director, purchased 11,650 Shares at 53.8p per share on 27 September 2006.
Following these purchases, Mr Burns is interested in 129,846 Shares,
representing approximately 0.78% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital
and Mr Williams is interested in 20,000 Shares, representing approximately 
0.12% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
