that, following the sale on 1 September 2006 of 75,000 ordinary shares of 25p
each in the Company ("Shares"), Gartmore Investment Limited, Gartmore Fund
Managers Limited and Gartmore Global Partners have a total reportable interest
in 1,617,490 Shares, representing approximately 9.77% of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
