HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company received notification on 26 July 2005 from Gartmore Investment
Limited ("GIL") that, following a sale of 115,439 ordinary shares of 25p each
in the Company ("Shares") on 22 July 2005, Gartmore Growth Opportunities has an
interest in 422,346 Shares, representing approximately 2.55% of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.

No further notification has been received in relation to the overall holding by
GIL, as announced by the Company of 25 July 2005.
