The Company received notification on 22 July 2005 from Gartmore Investment
Limited ("GIL") that, following a purchase of 25,000 ordinary shares of 25p each
in the Company ("Shares") on 19 July 2005, GIL, Gartmore Fund Managers Limited
and Gartmore Global Partners have a notifiable interest in 1,670,118 Shares,
representing approximately 10.09% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
