Resignation of Director
San Leon Energy, the AIM listed company focused on oil and gas
exploration in Europe and North Africa, announces that Jeremy Boak,
a long-standing Non-Executive Director of the Company, has accepted
a position as Director of the Oklahoma Geological Survey at The
University of Oklahoma. In this role he will be unable to act as a
Director of an oil and gas company. He has therefore resigned with
effect from 24 July 2015 as a Director of the Company.
Oisin Fanning the Executive Director of San Leon said:
"Jeremy has been involved with San Leon Energy from the
beginning and his expertise on shale development has been
fundamental to our growth and success over the years. Whilst Jeremy
must obviously be impartial in his new role, his knowledge will be
available to us, on an open basis, when we need it. I, on behalf of
the Board, would like to thank Jeremy for his contribution to the
Company and wish him every success in his new assignment."
