Issue of Equity

The board announces that the Company has issued and allotted, credited as fully
paid, 310,000 new ordinary shares in the Company. The issue of equity relates
to arrangements made with certain parties that were disclosed in the admission
document dated 8 January 2008.

Included in the issue of equity noted above are 250,000 new ordinary shares
which were issued at the placing price of 40 pence per share to Sagentia
Limited in part consideration of the acquisition of certain intellectual
property from Sagentia Limited. This gives the Company control over the core
tracking patents, allowing the Company to exploit and develop its sports and
non-sports services.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary
shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission of the new ordinary shares
is expected to commence on or around 19 February 2008.

Following the issue of equity noted above the share capital of the Company is
comprised of 44,290,188 ordinary shares of 10 pence each.

Notification of Holding in Company

Subsequent to the issue of equity detailed above Sagentia Group Limited's*
holding in the Company increased by 250,000 ordinary shares. As at the date of
this notification Sagentia Group Limited has an interest over 3,427,486
ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 7.7 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.

*Sagentia Group Limited's holding includes that of Sagentia Limited
(1,157,032), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sagentia Group Limited
