Further to the Company announcement made on the 20th of March 2007, and for the
purposes of clarity, the Company provides the following information regarding
the current and historic shareholding of Tudor Capital (UK) LP.


As announced on the 11th of June 2004, Tudor Capital (UK) LP own 14,181,544
shares of CHF 0.10. These were split as 9,218,004 shares in the Tudor BVI Global
Portfolio Ltd, and 4,963,540 shares in Tutor Proprietary Trading LLC. Further to
this announcement the share interest held by Tudor Capital (UK) LP was
incorrectly disclosed as being 9,868,004 in the report and accounts of the
Company for periods ended December 31st 2004, 2005 and 2006.


Following notification on the 19th of March 2006, the Company confirms that
Tudor Capital (UK) LP has clarified its interest as being 12,481,544 shares of
the Company of CHF 0.10 each, representing 5.78% of the issued share capital.
