Director/PDMR Shareholding
Grant of LTIP Share Options
Restore plc (AIM: RST), the UK's leading provider of digital and
information management and secure lifecycle services, announces
that on 29 July 2022, Charles Bligh, Chief Executive Officer, and
Neil Ritchie, Chief Financial Officer, were granted 178,174 and
105,324 nil-cost options respectively over ordinary shares of 5
pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares")
under the existing Restore plc Long Term Incentive Plan (the
"LTIP"). The LTIP options will vest in three years on 1 April 2025,
subject to the achievement of performance conditions.
Following the awards set out above, the executive Directors'
beneficial interest in the Company is set out below:
