                             Directors Shareholding

The Company was informed on 11 September 2007 that the following Directors have
purchased on 11 September 2007 the following ordinary shares in the Company:

  * John Kinder, Finance Director, has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at a
    price of 35p per share, taking his total holding to 10,000 shares.
  * Paul Holdcroft, European Managing Director, has purchased 10,000 ordinary
    shares at a price of 35p per share, taking his total holding to 15,666
    shares.
  * Ian Proud, Non-Executive Director, has purchased 10,000 shares at a price
    of 35p per share, taking his total holding to 33,000 shares.
  * Iain Leighton, Company Secretary, has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at
    a price of 35p per share, taking his total holding to 10,000 shares.
  * Dr Brian Sagar, Non -Executive Director, has purchased 10,000 ordinary
    shares at a price of 35p per share, taking his total holding to 24,179
    shares.

Following these purchases, and including the holding of Executive Chairman, Tim
Hearley, the Directors of the Company now hold 188,845 ordinary shares
representing approximately 1.69 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
