                             Holding in the Company

The Company wishes to announce that the Reflec Employee Benefit Trust has
purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 13 August 2007 at 30.77p per
share, 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 14 August 2007 at 30p per share
and 20,000 ordinary shares on 9 August 2007 at 39p per share.

Following these purchases the Reflec Employee Benefit Trust now holds 167,000
ordinary shares representing approximately 1.49 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
