Director Declaration
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Northgate plc announces
that Andrew Allner, non-executive Director of Northgate plc, has
been appointed as a non-executive director and Chairman of SIG plc
with effect from 1 November 2017.
As announced by Marshalls plc, Andrew will be standing down from
the Board of Marshalls where he currently acts as Chairman.
Marshalls notes that it will now start the process to recruit a
successor to Andrew and he will resign from the Board once a new
Chairman has been appointed.
