           QuestAir announces Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

BURNABY, B.C. - QuestAir Technologies Inc. (AIM: QAR; TSX: QAR) announced today
that the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of QuestAir will be held on
February 24, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. (Vancouver time) at the Hilton Vancouver
Metrotown, 6083 McKay Ave., Burnaby, BC, V5H 2W7 for the following purposes:

1.      to receive the consolidated financial statements of the Corporation for 
        the fiscal year ended September 30, 2005, and the report of the auditors
        thereon;

2.      to elect Directors;

3.      to appoint auditors for the ensuing year and to authorize the Directors
        to fix the auditors' compensation;

4.      to transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting,
        or any adjournment thereof.

The following materials were mailed to shareholders on January 26, 2006:

   * The Corporations Annual Report for the fiscal year ended September 30,
     2005;
   * Notice of meeting;
   * Management information circular;
   * A form of proxy; and
   * Request for financial statements form.

These materials can also be found on the System for Electronic Document Analysis
and Retrieval (SEDAR) at www.sedar.com.

Only shareholders of record on January 13, 2006 are entitled to receive notice
of and vote at the Annual General Meeting.
